A memorable portrait of my parents in Chennai, India. Ever since they decided to shave the heads for a religious obligation in the temple of Tirumala, I wanted to capture the days when both are 'mottai'.
But it was nearly impossible to shoot this pic, because they could not stop laughing, as they were asked to pose standing very close and gazing into each other's eyes.

You should have left out the part where you had them pose - felt better when I thought it was candid!

இந்த படத்தை பார்க்கும் போது, நிறைய improve பண்ணலாம்னு தோணுது. Especially with the background.
Looks like your father is very intense and romantic in his gaze.......even though his eye is blacked out.....we can make that out from the shy and embarrassing way your mum is holding to the grille.
hatsoff to your imagination....and framing of the picture.
Anna, This must have become their most cherished memoir...!!
